Must have at least 1 letter and number and at least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter.
If you did not receive the password reset email then please check your junk mail folder. If the email has gone into your junk mail then right click on it, select “Move” and choose “Never Block Sender”. This will ensure you receive the account activation email or password reset emails, in the future.
If you do not receive the password reset email, at all, then your school may have automatically filtered it before it arrives in your email account. Please speak to your IT team and ask them to allow emails from email@example.com.
