You will now receive an email, acknowledging your registration, from mail@mathsemporium.com. This is the same email address we use to tell you that your account has been activated. If you do not receive the acknowledgement email then please check your junk mail folder.
If this email has gone into your junk mail then right click on it, select “move” and choose “Never Block Sender”. This will ensure you receive the account activation email or password reset emails, in the future.
If you do not receive the acknowledgement email from mail@mathsemporium.com, your school may have automatically filtered it before it arrives in your email account. Please speak to your IT team and ask them to allow emails from mail@mathsemporium.com
